I LOVE RPGs!

It seems everyone talks about how much they love RPGs so I decided to make a post about it too.

I had no idea that they were so popular!

It's so cool to me, even though the Iraqis use them to injure American soldiers.

Not too long ago they fired an RPG-29 at an American M1 tank, they say the soldiers inside were fine but injured.

Incredible.

What are your guy's RPG stories? To be honest, I don't know as much about them as I would like.

    I'm totally against war, but here in Portugal we have a thing called "National Defense Day" where all males (and currently females too, but on my time it was only destined to males) highschool finalists 17\18 y.o. go to a army school and they try to convince you to join and stuff... There I was able to hold and assemble some weapons and one of them was an unloaded RPG. It's a strange feeling to hold something that can kill in such a gruesome manner... I'm more into computer RPG's.

    A friend of mine had an old rocket launcher tube at his house, years back when we were both kids.. We took it out on the street one day and pointed it at a bunch of stuff until his mother shouted at us to come inside. Apparently even the empty launcher is illegal in the uk.

    RPGs and AK-47s are much more than just weapons. They are symbols for rebellion and freedom fighting. Some african countries have it in their flags, and Hizbollah has an arm holding up an AK on their flag.

    Yeah I got all excited when I saw RPG then I realized you were talking about rocket propelled grenades.. :(
